Create unlimited report parameters

Report Manager automatically extracts existing Crystal Report parameters, and then enables you to add Sage 300 finders, text fields, dates, drop-down lists, pulldown editable parameters, and checkboxes. The report parameters appear on the report user interface when the report is run.

Unlimited report groupings

Group your reports by accounting groups like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Control, etc., or group by financial schedules such as end of day, week, or month. Report Manager’s logical software architecture enables Crystal Report grouping capabilities.

Schedule your reports

Report Manager gives you the ability to schedule and automatically run any of your reports at multiple times and to multiple recipients. Distribute your reports via email, print, or save to PDF.

Seamless Integration

Report Manager supports all existing Sage 300 reports – both core and third party as well as any custom reports.

Report Manager installs as a full Sage 300 product and appears on the Sage 300 desktop and Web screens, or can be launched directly from your Windows desktop while maintaining full security authentication.

Security options

Control who sees and prints each report. Assign User Permissions by report. The User will be presented with a list of the custom reports that they have permission to run.
