Training Courses

We continue to include with every product sold (free of charge), Digital Training Videos outlining Setup and Process functions. Installation, Setup and User Guides are provided with our products and we often produce “Quick Guides” that cover specific areas of the product.

We also offer the service of online training which is available upon request. Please email us if you have a specific training request.

TPAC 2024 ASIA Nov 9, 2024

Join us for a ½ day of training to introduce the exciting new Web Screen version of Service Manager 2024, our new Desktop, Field Portal and Customer Portal features, and Discover Query and Dashboards for Sage 2024. 
Technisoft Discover training will provide guidance on how to create and configure queries, charts, and dashboards.
The day will be interactive, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions. 
So please join us for an all-encompassing business intelligence experience.

Pre-requisites

Please note that hands-on participation in the training is optional. Should you decide you would like to follow along with the training - either now or later - then the following pre-requisites need to be installed on your computer:
•    Sage 300 2024 Product Update 3
•    Sage 300cloud web screens
•    Technisoft Discover 2024 (if you have not yet obtained a license file for Discover then please contact us as soon as possible and we will provide a free training license)
•    Sage 300 2024 SAMINC Sample Data

Technisoft Service Manager is not a pre-requisite for Technisoft Discover training.

All training sessions will be recorded and made available through the Technisoft website by the end of November.  You can follow along with the recordings at your own pace at a later date if desired.

Please check Technisoft.com downloads to be sure you are on the latest Sage PU.
